You can cancel your order, if you wish, without charge, provided that the products have not been shipped from our store.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, according to the international regulation regarding distance shopping. All returns must be made in their original and complete packaging with authenticity cards, and the products must be in the exact original condition as you received them. All return products are inspected upon receipt.

After returning a product, you can choose to exchange it for another product or get your money back the same way you paid, including the original shipping costs. In the case of a discount purchase or purchase of a product with a discount coupon, the products are only resized and are not eligible for any other changes or refunds.

For returns made after the end of 14 days, it is at the discretion of our company to accept or not the return. In this case we will contact you to inform you. Once we receive your return, we will examine the condition of the products and notify you of their receipt. In case you want a refund, we will return the money to your account within 30 days from the date of receipt.

For each of your orders, you are only entitled to one change. Product returns to our company are made in a way that you choose, and you bear the transport costs of the return. In case of exchange with a new product, our company undertakes the shipping costs of the product to your address, if it is located in Greece. For shipments outside of Greece, you will be charged the shipping costs, which are listed in the “Shipping” section.

We advise you to ship your returns by secure registered mail and always keep your shipping slip until we confirm receipt. Our company is not responsible for any losses or damages during the shipping of your returns. All products are your responsibility from the time you receive them until the time we receive the return. Check the shipping package carefully to avoid any damage.

In case of a defective product, our company offers a full replacement with a new product. In this case, please contact us so that we can take care of sending it back at no cost to you.

In the event of a product return, you must include all the contents of the package exactly as you received them.

For any discrepancies in your order, please inform us immediately. If you received the wrong items we are very sorry for that.  Follow the Returns procedure and send the order back to us at our expense. Any replacement will be sent to you at no charge to you.
